[**As I Am**](https://asiam.ie/) is Ireland's national Autism support charity. They are an Autistic-led, not-for-profit Autism advocacy organisation. They are committed to empowering and supporting Autistic people to reach their full potential, while simultaneously challenging society to be fully accepting and accessible to every Autistic person. **Promoting and growing equality, diversity and inclusion** Our **5 by 25 Diversity and Inclusion Strategy** is all about promoting and growing equality, diversity and inclusion in our workforce. We can further diversify our workforce through embracing Autistic and neurodivergent individuals. Our partnership with As I Am will help us to do that. As part of this process As I Am has already conducted audits of our Dublin and Kilkenny offices. They have also provided advice and guidance on Autistic friendly recruitment practices, from interview invites to job specs and communication. All of this will help us to recruit, support and maintain and develop the untapped potential and resourcefulness of the Autistic talent pool. **Supporting existing employees** As part of being an Autism Accredited Workplace Veolia has support for existing employees and their families in place. Through our partnership with As I Am all employees and their direct family members will have access to an Autism information and support line and a Child and Family Support Programme.
