Customer Satisfaction Results

Each year we carry out an annual customer survey across our business.  The surveys have informed our decision making process, allowed us to share best practice and take action where we need to improve.

Overall 82% of our customers who responded to our 2018 survey said they were satisfied with the services we provide.  Throughout 2019 we will continue to develop and improve our services by taking on board your feedback and customer insight.
